Why I Loved These Books
What truly captivated me about this series was its unpredictability. I had no idea where the story was heading or how it could possibly lead to a satisfying conclusion. The book creates a fascinating clash between two sides—law and criminal—and I found myself rooting for both. This moral dilemma added a layer of complexity that kept me on edge. The relationship between the main characters was fraught with tension, seemingly destined for heartbreak, and yet the author managed to weave their story into something utterly compelling. The dark, twisted elements of the plot contrasted beautifully with the powerful and authentic relationships, which became one of my favourite aspects of the series.
